CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returned merchandise.
The company will not issue a refund to anyone's credit card who refuses a delivery, or in any way attempts to return a shipment.
Please check all addresses and zip codes carefully. Damage to the product or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.
Order cancellations have to be made within 24 hours after placing an order. To cancel your order, you will have to contact our customer services by sending an email to email@example.com or calling +91 8122772260 , and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice, until the time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. https://www.awefoods.in has complete rights to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by https://www.awefoods.in and accept its decision regarding the cancellation.
In case your order does not reach you within 10 days after confirmation, or if there is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered, you will be entitled for a full refund in the form of store credit/transfer to your original mode of payment.

https://www.awefoods.in/ is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

We currently ship across India! If you can't find your pin code in the list, please contact us and we'll let you know if delivery to your city is possible or not.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary at per the order value and mode of payment. You'll be able to see the shipping charges when you checkout the cart.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within the next working day of placing your order. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is sent to you at no additional cost after due diligence.
