Paneer Shashlik with Harissa Sauce
Paneer Shashlik, a timeless recipe that is equally popular in restaurants and at home. Our recipe uses the Harissa sauce to add the flavour explosion to the otherwise delicious mix of paneer and veggies. Healthy, delicious and easy !.
Ingredients
- Paneer – 180g
- Capsicum Green – 25g
- Capsicum Red – 25g
- Capsicum Yellow -25g
- Onions - 10g
- AWE foods Harissa Sauce – 25g
- Oil - 10g
- Tomato Cubes - 25g
Method
1. Marinate the paneer and vegetables for 30 mins minimum (onions, bell peppers & tomatoes) in 𝐀𝐖𝐄 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞 along with a pinch of salt to taste.
2. Once marinated, arrange the paneer and vegetables in thin skewers, alternating them.
3. Grill the skewers on a hot tawa, brushing the paneer and vegetables with a little oil. You can also use a non-stick pan to avoid oil altogether. If skewers are not available, the paneer and vegetables can be directly pan-fried.

Marinate for 3-4 hours to get a more flavorful dish
Not a fan of Paneer? Replace it with any other protein of your choice - tofu, chicken or seafood. But watch out for the cooking time.
