- Egg – 4 nos Boiled
- Onions – 50g Sliced
- Tomato – 1 (Medium Sliced)
- Coriander Leaves – 5g
- Refined Oil -20 g
- Salt – 3g to taste
- Sugar- 3g (Optional)
- AWE Foods Sambal Sauce – 75g
1. Start by boiling 4 eggs and setting them aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onions until they begin to brown.
3. Next, add the AWE Foods Sambal Sauce to the pan. If needed, add some water (about 50ml) to adjust the consistency. Allow it to cook thoroughly.
4. Add the boiled eggs and tomatoes to the pan, and stir-fry the ingredients for a minute.
5. Season the dish to your taste preference, and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
