Stir fried Vegtables

Ingredients
- Ginger – 5g
- Garlic – 15g
- String Beans – 20g
- Carrot – 20g
- Bokchoy – 20g
- Broccoli – 20g
- Babycorn – 20g
- Shitake Mushroom Soaked – 20g
- Capsicum Red – 15g
- Capsicum Yellow – 15g
- Capsicum Green – 15g
- Chinese Cabbage – 20g
- Salt – To Taste
- Refined Oil – 15g
- Sugar – 3g Optional
- AWE foods Black Pepper Sauce – 60g
- Spring Onion For Garnish – 10g
Method
1. Heat oil (15g) in a wok over high heat. Add chopped garlic (15g) and ginger (5g) and sauté until the garlic browns.
2. Add the vegetables and saute them for one minute.
3. Next, add in all the leafy vegetables.
4. Add the 𝐀𝐰𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐏𝐞𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞 (60g), salt, and sugar. Sauté the mixture until the vegetables are coated in the sauce.
5. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh spring onions or cilantro, and serve.

Add the vegetables according to their structure. (Soft Vegetables to go in the end due to the difference in time to cook).
